Meet the Founder
Mandesa Houston
Mandesa is an Educational Consultant.
She has a Master’s Degree in Education and a Learning Behavior Specialist LBS1 certification. Mandesa has 15 years of teaching experience with the third largest school system in the nation.
She has experience as a full-time Special Education Instructor, English as a Second Language ESL Instructor and Case Manager. She has developed social-emotional skills of culturally diverse students in Chicago Public School settings. She has successfully modified student behaviors through facilitating Multi-Tiered Systems of Supports. Mandesa has been implementing social skill programs for 15 years to cultivate student’s unexposed talent.
